Please read this document carefully before using the 70000 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out here. These terms are updated from time to time, and you are responsible for reviewing them periodically.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 70000 platform through our website or mobile app, you legally and bindingly agree to comply fully with these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 70000 as the platform operator.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 70000 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. You are not permitted to share your login credentials with any other party. 70000 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that all activities conducted through their account comply with applicable local laws and regulations. Any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to your account must be reported to 70000 promptly via our support email.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibitions
Users of the 70000 platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation from 70000.
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or exploit any vulnerability in the platform's gaming systems or payment mechanisms.
- Engaging in money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity through an account on the 70000 platform.
- Disrupting the operation of the platform, servers, or networks associated with 70000's services in any way.
- Impersonating another individual or providing false information to 70000 in any dealings.
- Sharing platform content, other users' personal data, or confidential information obtained through use of the platform with third parties.
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of account balances associated with the offending activity, and appropriate legal action under the applicable jurisdiction.
Payment Information, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All deposits and withdrawals on the 70000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and internet banking via local Malaysian banks. 70000 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any payment method at any time without prior notice.
Deposit
Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified for each payment method. Minimum deposit limits are subject to the selected payment method and may change from time to time. If your deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team with proof of transaction.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your 70000 account profile. A name mismatch may cause the withdrawal to be delayed or rejected. 70000 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving a withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain thresholds.
All confirmed and processed transactions are final. 70000 is not responsible for any additional fees or charges imposed by a user's bank or e-wallet provider in connection with deposit or withdrawal transactions.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, 70000 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. 70000's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 70000 platform — including but not limited to logos, designs, text, images, software, and code — is the exclusive intellectual property of 70000 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written authorisation.
Account Suspension & Closure
70000 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including breach of terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to submit required verification documents, or at 70000's sole discretion. Users whose accounts have been closed for valid reasons may submit an appeal via our support email within thirty (30) days of the closure date.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
The 70000 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 70000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. 70000 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
